We hope you love everything you receive from DOUBLEWOO! But if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered. 💌

Return Window  

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at hello@doublewoo.com and wait for approval before sending anything back.

 

📦 Return Conditions  

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Packaging and any included gifts must be intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

🚚 Shipping  

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility  
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

💔 Damaged or Wrong Items  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos. We’ll do our best to make it right!

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items  

- Personalized/custom orders  
- Gift cards or special sale items  
- Incorrect sizes due to customer selection  
(But feel free to email us—we’re happy to suggest alternatives!)

 

🔁 Exchanges  

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return first and place a new order after approval.

 

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period  

If your order was delivered within the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

 

💳 Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the result.  
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
